Microtec Development & Holdings U.S.A. Enters Purchase Agreement with Microtec GmbH to Move Headquarters to United States

by | Mar 3, 2023

Microtec Development & Holdings U.S.A. has entered into a purchase agreement with Microtec GmbH (Germany) who is now in the process of moving its headquarters to Southwest Florida to create a world-class facility that will focus on the task of identifying and commercializing waste-to-value materials. This isn’t the first time that Microtec GmbH Founder and CEO, Josef Fischer, and Microtec Development & Holdings U.S.A. Co-Founder and CEO, Anthony Cialone, have come together to work on a substantial project. The two sustainable minds had come together in the past to solve the tire-recycling problem by reintroducing the finer particles back to the manufacturer of tires through the Microtec patented-technology. As seen through their partnership between Microtec GmbH (Fischer) and Lehigh Technologies’ (Cialone) tire recycling, the two have already overcome the manufacturing technical hurdles of reintroducing products into high-end, high-performance, high-functioning applications and now plan on doing this once again with another waste-to-value stream. Microtec Development & Holdings U.S.A. is focused on transitioning glass into pozzolan, a strong, high-functioning aggregate of concrete, that will replace Portland-limestone cement and reduce the concrete industry’s carbon footprint. They plan on doing this together through the operations of AggrePlex. AggrePlex’s disruptive technology allows for a product to reach the market, and specifically one that the market desperately both recognizes and needs, but has not been able to produce in commercial quantities.

Microtec Development & Holdings is a technology and holdings company located in Myakka City, Florida.
